Heh, anybody remember this girl? Yep, it be Vel, from my fanfic. A nice guy E-mailed me and complemented on my fic, which inspired my poor muse. *pats her muse* Mean ol'e art-theory-teacher-wannabe...
Anyway, wanted to do something origional with the pose. So, she's reading a very colorful manga.  See all the pretty-colored cells? Her shoulders and chest seem slightly off-centered/lopsided; I tried to make it look like she was leaning on her arm. And, no, her legs aren't different lengths. That's forshortening, buddy.Jason saw me inking this and said I should go into animation. I told him I wanted to do video game art, but that the only college it's offered at is in California, and my mom doesn't want me going that far away. So, I have no clue what'll happen to me and my career... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Ah, there are actually a few other places with video game art as a study - I looked 'em up 'cause that's what I was gonna go for. If you look up the Art Institues, they have Video Game Art & Design as a major, as well as 3D animation (which is what I'm leaning towards now). There are a few other different ones as well. Some are expensive, though, and I don't know how close they are to you. Closer than Cali I suppose...
