I just played the video and hit print screen when it came to a point I liked, then put the screens in Photoshop and shrunk/cropped them (and lightened up Paradox, as he was too shadowy and it was hard to see -_-).
And if you couldn't tell by my silly mood in the comments, this is intended to be a crack pairing. Insane character 1 + insane character 2 = hilarity ensues. You can take it serious, but even if you do the nature of the characters involved means it's likely to be just as funny as if you didn't (in fact, it may end up funnier. Humor is funny like that).

He never raised his voice. That was the worst thing -- the fury of the Time Lord -- and then we discovered why. Why this Doctor, who had fought with gods and demons, why he had run away from us and hidden... He was being kind.
Looks like he's VERY happy to see Verdona.
If only he knew...

I know what you thinking why am i on fire well i got a logical explanation. You see i was cold and i saw can of gas and a lighter than i thought thats how i am going to get warm.
Riding your bike into a lake could qualify as "crazy", yes - aside from the possibility of losing your bike to tangles in lake weeds or just sinking deeper than you can dive to get it, that's likely to rust certain components if they don't get completely dry fast enough (I'm specifically thinking of the chain, but I'm sure there's other parts that could get gummed up just as easily).
Trying to catch the baby alligator is also quantifiable as "crazy", since while the baby's young and small enough to be easily captured, the mothers are actually protective of them (never mind that baby gators are capable of nipping - not to the deadly levels of their parents, but certainly enough to bloody a finger and cause considerable pain).
Those two are just as much a lack of common sense as they are "crazy", though. There's no common sense, which just implies general stupidity. Then there's silly, which is humorously behaving as if one has no common sense when they do. Then there's crazy, which is a bit of a mix of the two. "Eccentric", as I would term it, could be a combination of crazy and silly, or just a person who's got a quirky personality but doesn't really fall under the "silly/crazy" rule.
