'Twas a random drawing. Somewhat inspired, I suppose, by listening to "Big Yellow Taxi" (or rather, a kareoke version, as I can't find a lyric one), or at least that's what I blame it on.

Anyway, no, not a beach scene, though with the sandy-colored background I suppose it could be. I was just thinking of what I could do that wasn't grass (because I'm too lazy to do all the blades ;P ). And I swear Ratchet's hiding something about that hair of his...ya steal his hat and he still finds a way to hid it! :giggle: Sasha's hands were fun. Too many stripes! XD

Ya know what my favorite part of this is? The fact that you can turn it to any angle and it's always right-side up. ^_^

The title there is courtesy of macman. I just put "deviation 383" as the title because I didn't know what to call it. ^^;

I even respect you for even getting the angles correct.

I think this is so precious. The eyes, the love, the smiles! EEE! And Ratchet looks.....dare I say it....buff! Well, he is slightly bigger in size compared to Sasha in R&C3. Though I've noticed if you walk up to Sasha while roaming on the Phoenix, she's a giant! Hehe, glitch.
Never mind, back on topic, this is so sweet, as always you continue to improve on the Lombax style. It's so cute! I can imagine Jenny and my Keltin in a possition like this!

you're so right about this :D somehow it seems as if Ratchet and Sasha might make a nice couple within the image designs alone, and this is no different. The expression work and artistic approach have been well done and provided for, and the attention to shading is still delicate enough to add to the approach :D you got me wanting to see into R&C3 even more now! ^^

well done with the image, now let's see you go further! :love:

Yeah, Insomniac said they built their game models slightly larger than cutscene models because their graphics engine would make her look two feet shorter the moment you were a yard away if they didn't. So I suppose she's really supposed to be Ratchet's height. Or at least that's my reference.
